FATHER/DAUGHTER CLASS

Since 1996, the Dallas Ballet Center has offered a unique class for ballet dancers and their fathers. The classes begin each year in January and perform in the annual spring production. The father /daughter class is open to Level IV ballet dancers and involves basic partnering skills. The class was inspired by a father who wanted to spend more time with his teenage daughter and share an activity that both could enjoy. The past year the father /daughter class has received been featured on Channel 8 news as well as The Advocate.
