Sarah Marr

Sarah Marr is a native of Dallas. She began her ballet training at the Dallas Ballet Center under the direction of Brent and Judy Klopfenstein at the age of nine and enjoyed performing a variety of roles with DBC's company. Sarah spent summers training at Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, School of American Ballet, the Dallas Ballet Center with guest teacher Arnott Mader, and Ballet Austin.

After graduating from Lake Highland's High School, Sarah enjoyed dancing for Ballet Austin for five years. Then she and her husband decided to move back to Lake Highlands and so she joined Metropolitan Classical Ballet of Fort Worth and Arlington (formerly Ballet Arlington). Sarah is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian, and they have two children, Camp and Cooper. Sarah has enjoyed teaching at the Dallas Ballet Center for many years.
