Adrienne Menchu

Adrienne Menchu began dancing at age four and was able to continue her study of dance in a variety of places while her family supported her father's military career. Her studies include Academy of the Dance in Wilmington, Delaware, The Fist State Academy of Dance in Dover, Deleware where she was a member of the Delaware Regional Dance Company. Adrienne was also able to study ballet at the Tachibana Ballet and Fusha Ballet School in Tokyo, Japan. She studied and performed in many productions as a senior member of the Tidewater Ballet in Norfolk, Virginia.

Adrienne performed in The Nutcracker and Coppelia with the Radford University Dance Company while obtaining a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education. After completing her degree, Adrienne's teaching career began in two directions. She taught kindergarten for public school, as well as, ballet to all age levels at Kelli's Steps School of Dance in Biloxi, Mississippi. Adrienne moved to Texas in 1996 and continued teaching in both public and private elementary schools.  Adrienne joined the Dallas Ballet Center faculty in 2006.
