Christie Craddock
Jazz
Christie Craddock is a native to the Dallas area and journeyed into ballet training after a doctor suggested a “good ballet class” as an alternative to surgery to correct a structural issue with her legs. Not only was the problem completely corrected, but also a lifelong love of dance was born! Christie began her classical ballet training at age three, and studied predominately under the direction of Pat and Tanju Tuzer at the Tuzer Dance School in Richardson, Texas. She studied many dance disciplines and performed in several productions including her annual favorite: The Nutcracker. In high school, Christie was a member of the Berkner Bandoleras drill team. Christie is the Director of Faculty and Academics at the Classical School of Dallas, where her four children also attend. She has a passion for both education and dance, and greatly enjoys the opportunity to merge the two at Dallas Ballet Center!
